Setting up your account and importing contacts

Get your desk live in under an hour: invite your team, import your contacts and connect the tools you already use.

Before you start

Have a CSV export of your existing contacts ready, plus admin access to the email account your team sends from. You can do everything below yourself — no technical setup required.

Invite your team

  1. Open Settings → Team and choose Invite member.
  2. Enter each colleague’s email and pick their role — admin, manager or rep.
  3. They receive an email invite and set their own password. Seats are added to your plan automatically.

Import your contacts

  1. Go to Contacts and choose Import.
  2. Upload your CSV and map the columns to Selllution fields — name, phone, email, asset interest.
  3. Review the preview, then confirm. Duplicates are flagged so nothing is overwritten by accident.

Connect your inbox and calendar

From Settings → Integrations connect Microsoft 365 or Google so email and calendar sync both ways. Once connected, every message and meeting is logged to the contact automatically.

You’re ready

Open any contact to see the full record — timeline, portfolio, AML status and dialer in one place. From here, set up lead distribution rules and your first campaign.

Tip. Importing more than 5,000 contacts? Records are unlimited and never affect your bill — import the lot.
