Compliance is part of our product, not a department that says no. You will make sure the AML, KYC and audit tooling we ship genuinely helps customers meet their obligations — and that we meet ours.
What you'll do
- Own the accuracy of our AML / KYC tooling and supporting content
- Translate UK regulation into clear product requirements
- Work with engineering on screening, audit logs and certificate features
- Support customers on how to use the tooling within their own obligations
- Keep our policies, DPAs and trust pages current and correct
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in AML / KYC, financial-crime or regulatory compliance
- Solid grasp of UK AML regulation and customer due diligence
- Clear writer who can make dense rules understandable
- Detail-obsessed, with sound judgement on grey areas
- Comfortable working closely with a product and engineering team
Nice to have
- ICA or ACAMS qualification
- Experience at a regulated firm trading high-value assets
- Worked with a regtech or compliance-software product
