We build dense, interactive product surfaces — a dialer, a sales whiteboard, a live inbox. We need a senior frontend engineer who cares about how software feels under the hand, not just whether it works.
What you'll do
- Build and own complex, stateful interfaces used by sales desks all day, every day
- Turn rough product ideas into fast, accessible, genuinely pleasant UI
- Set the bar for frontend quality — performance, accessibility and craft
- Work directly with design and real customers to tighten the product
- Help shape our component system and frontend architecture as we scale
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Deep JavaScript and modern framework experience (React or similar)
- A strong eye for interaction detail, motion and accessibility
- Comfort with ambiguity — you can take a vague brief and ship the right thing
- A portfolio of interfaces you are proud of
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time / collaborative UIs
- Worked on CRM, fintech or other data-dense products
- Design skills strong enough to work without a spec
