We'll build it with you.

The platform is only half the job. Marketing, automations, back-office admin and the sales training itself — the things a desk normally hands to an agency, a consultant, a bookkeeper and a trainer. Done instead by the people who built your CRM, inside it, on your data.

What changes

The jobs nobody on the desk wants to do.

Every one of these is work a selling desk ends up absorbing because there is nobody else to give it to.

Right now

Emails typed out by hand

Reps re-key the same confirmation from Outlook, and every one looks slightly different.

With Selllution

Right now

The CRM is half set up

Right now

Over 20 years in the industry, delivered in house on your floor and your real pipeline.

01 Marketing

Emails that look like you paid for them.

Most desks send plain-text from Outlook or a template with the logo dropped in the corner. We design and build the full set around your brand — and because they are built inside Selllution, they pull real product, order and contact data instead of being re-typed every time.

  • Product emailsLaunches, new stock, allocations and offers — priced live off your inventory, with the spot price at the moment of send.
  • Process emailsWelcome, shipping confirmation, invoice receipts and order updates. Triggered by what happens in the CRM, not sent by hand.
  • Market updates & newslettersWeekly, monthly or whatever frequency suits you — written for your asset class, scheduled and sent on repeat.
  • Built to your brandYour colours, type and tone across the whole set, so every message looks like it came from the same business.
Typical agency range £750 – £2,500 per bespoke template, or £800 – £2,000 a month on a newsletter retainer

02 Automations

Set up, switched on, already running.

A CRM only saves time once it is configured, and configuring it is the job nobody gets round to. We build your automations with you, test them against real records and hand the system over working — not as a list of things you could set up one day.

  • Data emailsScheduled reporting straight out of your pipeline — desk performance, stock positions, aged deals — landing in the right inbox on the right morning.
  • Shipping remindersText and email triggered off despatch, so clients are told where their goods are without a rep chasing the warehouse.
  • Lead potsRouting and distribution rules mapped to how your desk actually works — who gets what, in what order, and what happens if it is not worked.
  • Call-outcome automationsThe next action fires from what the rep logged. No callback forgotten because someone did not write it down.
Typical consultancy range £2,000 – £8,000 one-off CRM automation build, depending on the number of workflows

03 Operations

Run it like a serious business.

A lot of high-value desks sell well and run badly. The selling is sharp, and everything behind it — the admin, the suppliers, the paperwork, the terms — has never really been looked at. This is the package that goes through all of it with you and tightens up what is holding you back.

  • AdminThe day-to-day running of the business, gone through and made more efficient — what is duplicated, what is manual, what can stop.
  • Market knowledgeWhat is moving in your asset class, what it means for your desk, and how to put it in front of clients before somebody else does.
  • Services & suppliersA review of who you use and what you pay — storage, shipping, insurance, payments — plus introductions where we can do better.
  • Legal overviewA read across your terms, contracts and business practices, so what you promise clients matches what you actually do.
Typical consultancy range £1,000 – £3,000 a month on retainer, or £600 – £1,200 a day for project work

What we look at
Admin

We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens in a week.

  • Where the same thing is entered twice
  • Which reports are built by hand every month
  • What is sitting in someone's inbox instead of the system
  • Which steps can be dropped entirely
Market knowledge

What is moving in your asset class, and what your desk should do about it.

  • Where demand is going and why
  • What competitors are putting in front of the same clients
  • Which products are worth carrying next quarter
  • How to say it in a way clients act on
Services & suppliers

A straight look at who you pay and whether it is the right rate.

  • Storage, vaulting and bonded warehousing
  • Shipping, insurance and courier cover
  • Payment providers and the fees you are actually paying
  • Introductions where we can get you better terms
Legal overview

A read across the documents clients actually sign, and the practices behind them.

  • Terms of business and sale
  • What your paperwork promises versus what happens
  • Client-facing disclosures and how they are presented
  • Where you are exposed and what to tidy first

A commercial review, not regulated legal advice.

04 Off-site admin

We can be your admin department.

Not software this time — people. We take the back-office work off the desk entirely and run it off site, so your reps spend their day selling instead of typing. It comes in three levels, and each one builds on the last.

  • Level 1 — Deals paperwork & data entryDeal paperwork prepared and filed, records kept clean and up to date, and the CRM actually reflecting what happened.
  • Level 2 — Bookkeeping & back officeEverything in Level 1, plus the books: invoices out, payments reconciled, supplier bills tracked and your accountant given a clean set of records.
  • Level 3 — LogisticsEverything in Levels 1 and 2, plus movement of goods: bookings, couriers, storage, insurance cover and chasing deliveries so nobody on the desk has to.
  • Run off site, inside your systemWe work in your Selllution workspace under your own roles and permissions, so everything we do is visible and audited.
Typical outsourcing range £1,800 – £3,500 a month for a part-time administrator or outsourced back-office team, depending on level

05 Sales training

In-house training, from people who ran the desks.

Most sales training is delivered by trainers who have never sold what you sell. Ours have spent more than twenty years in this industry — not studying it, working in it. They have owned and run the businesses, carried the targets, and built the kind of desk they are now teaching yours to become.

  • Over 20 years in the industryInvolved across most corners of it — bullion, wine, whisky and the wider alternative asset market.
  • Owned and run the businessesDesks under their ownership and management have brought hundreds of millions of pounds into alternative assets.
  • They brought the industry its peopleFor a lot of the owners now running firms in this space, our trainers were their first introduction to it.
  • Delivered in houseOn your floor, with your team, on your products and your real pipeline — not a hotel conference room and a slide deck.
Typical training range £1,200 – £2,500 a day for a corporate sales trainer, or £500 – £1,500 per head for an open course

How it works

Scoped, quoted, built.

No open-ended retainers and no discovery phase that bills for three months before anything ships.

1. Tell us what you need

A short conversation about the desk, the volume and what is slowing you down. If you already have a quote, bring it.

2. We quote it

A fixed scope and a fixed price, with the comparable market rate written alongside it so you can see the difference.

3. We build it

Built inside your Selllution workspace and handed over working, with your team shown how to run it.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually. The ranges on this page are indicative of what this work typically costs elsewhere, shown so you have something to measure us against — they are not quotes, and yours will depend on scope.

Tell us what you need.

Send over what you are after and we will come back with a scope and a price. If you already have a quote, send that too — we will beat it on a like-for-like basis.
