01Core principles
Use the Platform lawfully, honestly and with respect for others. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by your users.
02Prohibited activities
- Breaking any applicable law or regulation, including financial-services, consumer-protection and data-protection rules.
- Using the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Sending unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications, or breaching marketing-consent rules (PECR/GDPR).
- Harassing, threatening or abusing any person, including via the dialer or messaging.
- Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, or probing the Platform without authorisation.
- Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Misrepresenting AI-generated content as independent advice, or using AI to deceive.
03Calls, SMS, WhatsApp & email
When using built-in communications you must honour do-not-contact requests, identify yourself correctly, respect calling-time rules, and maintain a lawful basis and consent where required. Abuse may lead to suspension and reporting to carriers or regulators.
04Marketplace conduct
Vendors must only list content they have the right to sell, describe it accurately, and honour stated terms. Buyers must not redistribute purchased content beyond their licence.
05Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend access, and cooperate with authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination under our Terms of Service.
06Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse via the contact page or abuse@selllution.com.
